Reporting Copyright Infringement

Egger, Inc. respects intellectual property rights and responds to notices submitted under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. Section 512.

How to Submit a Notice

To submit a takedown notice, email legal@eggerco.com with the subject line "DMCA Notice" and include:

• Your full legal name and contact information.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• Identification of the allegedly infringing material and its URL/location on this service.
• A statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized by the owner, agent, or law.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Counter-Notice

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to legal@eggerco.com with legally required information under 17 U.S.C. Section 512(g).

Repeat Infringers

Egger, Inc. may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
